AGWM MAPS Construction
Greg Venturella — Director
Since 1963, AGWM MAPS Construction teams have been ministering to national believers around the world. Volunteers assist in building or repairing churches, orphanages, Bible School facilities and Teen Challenge centers. Some teams rebuild structures that were damaged or destroyed by a disaster. These one- to two-week trips help national fellowships grow and thrive, and give participants a chance to broaden their understanding of how God can use them.

Builders International
David Wagner — Coordinator
Builders International's mission is to impact the spread of the Gospel around the world by building Bible institutes, training centers and other vital evangelism centers in every nation. Master professionals are linked to projects with needs in the following areas: master planning, feasibility studies, fund raising, finances, engineering, architectural and construction.

Divisional Accounting
Esther Axmark — Manager
Divisional Accounting provides an interface between AGWM and Ministers Benefit Association (MBA). They are responsible for the AGWM operational budget, the preparation of information for the WM Board and annual report, for insuring that all the IRS requirements and related matters are fulfilled, overseeing the application of the missionary cost of living indexes, corporate insurance, equipment, and purchasing, and finances of the missionary medical fund.
Financial Services
Ann Bull — Manager
Financial
Services is responsible for the accounting functions involved
in the maintenance of individual missionary and institutional
financial accounts. This service includes processing financial
reports according to standard accounting procedures and policies
approved by AGWM and the General Council. Careful records
are maintained for all world missions’ funds to assure
proper accountability and distribution. Each regional financial
specialist services specified accounts within a geographical
boundary or an assigned group of accounts.

Missionary Care
Beth Davis — Director
The AGWM Missionary Care Team serves individual missionaries by providing a variety of physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social resources for the purpose of promoting wholeness and a team spirit that will help each one to thrive in his or her God-ordained work. Missionary Services
Evy McCroskey — Manager
The Missionary Services department assists missionaries and AGWM administration with preparation for departure to the field, moving on the field, or returning to the US at the time of itineration, retirement or termination.
Quality Assurance
Linda Alexander — Manager
The Quality Assurance section functions to verify accounting procedures and practices, which includes reviewing and auditing various missionary and institution accounts, monitoring revolving loans, preparing budgets for fund raising and provide financial clearance for missionaries and missionary associates for their assignment. This section also functions as Accounts Payable for AGWM.

Services is responsible for coordinating the use of technology
as a tool to reach the world with the Gospel as well as
assisting missionaries and AGWM personnel in doing the same.

Word Processing offers a variety of services to Assemblies of God World Missions departments, including transcription, proofreading, preparation of merge mailings, scanning, form development, document formatting, and creation of PowerPoint presentations.
