What a privilege it is to work as Assemblies of God World Missions administrator. As I interface with directors and managers in overseeing the day-to-day functions of our national office, I've come to appreciate anew the talented and knowledgeable people God has placed in positions of leadership.

The AGWM headquarters staff has grown from a director and a secretary with one typewriter in the early days to a staff of nearly 150 people that includes directors, managers, coordinators, office personnel, accountants, editors, writers, designers and specialists in personnel, finances, budgets and missionary processing. Our main goal is to assist the missionary in every way possible so that the gospel message can reach to the ends of the earth.

The missions task before us of reaching a lost and dying world is great. My prayer is that God will overshadow and direct every aspect of our work in this home office — whether it be counsel and direction during crisis situations or day-to-day administrative duties that keep AGWM operating smoothly.
