Eurasia — Opportunities

As a volunteer, you must raise financial support for travel and living expenses through personal funds, local church, family and friends. If budget information is listed below, it indicates the required amount needed to participate in the trip. While the total budget generally includes the costs for room and board, it does not include the cost of travel expenses, such as airfare.

Description of needs
Project 6612 — Irkutsk New Life Church. The church is a two story building. Currently they are meeting on the first floor, while slowly finishing the building. The first floor is mainly in need of the finishing work such as plaster, linoleum, and ceiling tiles. The second floor is a little more serious. It still needs windows installed, and the heating system extended to the second floor. It also needs to have all of the finishing work done, as well as have the electricity extended to the top floor. The church also doesn't have the sewer system completed, although the trench has been dug for it outside. The building is made of wood beams, and is still in need of an exterior finishing, probably of siding. If you need any more information, please let me know. We would be happy to host a team, even a small one, and we have several young men and ladies in the church that would join them in the building process.

Description of needs
Project 6896 — The project includes two separate phases and locations. First, we will begin renovations on a piece of property which will become our residence. In phase two our present home will become the new COH administrative and training facility. Both pieces of property are owned outright by AGWM. This is a huge asset for long-term ministry. We estimate the 2-phase project to cost $60,000 of which $17,500 has already been committed.
